HOW TO EAT HEALTHY EASILY!: FIT LIFE FOODS REVIEW

Hi everyone! I’m back with another blog. A while ago, I mentioned that I was going to do a review on this meal plan I was trying from Fit Life Foods. If you’re in the Orlando, Tampa, or South Florida area, I’m about to change your life (but then again, that’s what I’m here for haha). Before we get into the review, I just wanted to let you guys know this is not sponsored (but it totally should be. I’ve gotten like a hundred people to start eating here lol).

Anyways, Fit Life Foods offers delivery like any other meal plan which is great, convenient, etc. etc. BUT, what really sets Fit Life apart is their storefront (see photo below). For a cheaper price, you can walk into their storefront and just choose your meals for the week, live, in-person, and at your discretion. I also love the fact that there is no obligation. They don’t force a committed price and amount of meals per week when you go in store. It’s completely up to you! If you’re in a rush, you can place an order online and quickly pick it up in store with no fees!

Another awesome feature they offer is Project U, a one-on-one health and wellness training where they take your weight, measurements, discuss your goals, and make suggestions to help you achieve those goals! I think that’s cool and convenient and a great resource. After all, abs are made in the kitchen, so why wouldn’t you want some guidance on how to eat for your fitness goals?

But you didn’t come here just to read about the store…let’s talk about the food. I find it to be amazing, affordable, and diverse. The meals come in 3 different sizes, for most items, and range between $7.95-$13.95 each (if you buy in store. If you order delivery it turns out to be a little more). You can also put money on a prepaid account and get a discount depending on the amount you put into your account. Also, for every 20 used Fit Life Food containers you bring in, you get $10 off!

They offer breakfast, lunch/dinner, snacks, and dessert! One problem with most meal plans is, they get boring after a while. What I like about Fit Life is that they switch up their meals seasonally, so you never get bored. Also, if you need more reassurance, I suggested this to the pickiest eater I know and they ONLY eat Fit Life now.

Lastly, results. When I started Fit Life, I had lost about 20 pounds and reached that plateau point you reach JUST BEFORE your goal weight. I never have time to exercise as a busy mom of two, but with Fit Life, I have lost my last 3 pounds and maintain a great weight (despite my horrible weekend eating). Financially it has also helped me out a lot. I used to grocery shop every week and spend about $100-$150 on groceries that would end up in the garbage since I never had time to cook, and then end up spending additional money eating out.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Fit Life! If you are working on your health and fitness, give them a try and let me know your thoughts! 🙂 As always, don’t forget to like, comment, subscribe, and share. Love you guys!
